Humanity has long  since abandoned earth, and has taken to the stars. Play as the sole survivor of a space station, and uncover the truth surrounding the rumors of aliens onboard Station Alpha.

Artist Statement:

I wanted to create a game roughly about my experiences of feeling like an outsider in social situations, and acting and thinking so differently from other people due to whatever is different with my brain. This is something that has affected me my whole life, and I feel like it’s often sensationalized, on the nose, or compared with other mental struggles like depression or anxiety, when it is much different. 

I wanted my game to use my experiences as an aspect, instead of the whole point of the game. You have to play multiple paths to understand why the main character acts the way they do. This is because I am a confusing and confused person, and the things I create reflect that confusion unintentionally. I also don’t care about making things clear for people, I don’t owe anyone a clear answer, and couldn’t provide one anyway.

I went through many versions of the story. The original idea for the game was for the main character to be a student at a boarding school, who would talk to a monster hidden in a door, only to learn that they were the monster. This was too cliche, and obvious, so I created the current game. I can’t say why it is different because it would be spoilers, but the meaning is much different.

Extra:

The black screen is not a bug.

IF a screen pops up saying something about some code not working and it has the word color in it, just skip it, it's a glitch and it works fine. I cut it, but it may come back.
